Nathalie is reliable, Confident and just wonderful...my dog (Basset Hound) leaps for joy when she comes for him in the morning for his walk - he adores her! We get updates after every walk which is lovely to see. Our dog always looks like he's having the most fun. We honestly don't know what we would do without her. She is a really special find!

She is responsible, sweet, punctual and gives Pelusa a lot of affection. Every day she sends us updates telling me how the walk went. We've been using Harts and Hounds for the past few months to walk our new puppy Max and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Nathalie was gentle and patient with Max, helping him gradually feel comfortable. She's such a natural that it didn't take long for Max to warm to her. After just a few visits, he was excited for their walks in the woods and park. I can honestly say, Nathalie is an exceptional dog walker and I will recommend her to anyone in need of one.

Nathalie looked after my cat Gizzmo when I took my first holiday in years. Nathalie was absolutely fantastic to the extent that Gizzmo would be sat outside waiting for her.
